Our group fitness classes are more than just a workout. Only offered at the main campus, these classes are a great way to make exercising fun and enjoyable while adding some variety to your workout routine! They are also a great source of accountability and community. Whether you have never tried a group fitness class before, or you have plenty of experience with group fitness, LiveWell has something for you!
Looking for something fast paced? Dance your way to a workout at a Zumba class. Wanting to take things a bit slower? Stretch that stress away at a Yoga class. Interested in senior fitness? Try an Active Aging class. Prefer virtual classes? Cycle to your hearts content in our 100% virtual spin room complete with Les Mills cycling classes. Needing low impact? This year round, low impact class is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. This class is perfect for all levels of ability including prenatal, seniors, and rehabilitation. Lap belts can be worn for support.

We realize that group fitness can be intimidating, which is why we have certified Group Fitness instructors ready to help and encourage you through each one of our classes. Our instructors want to see you succeed, and that means working with you and your fitness level so you can not only have fun but have a fulfilling workout that will help you reach your fitness goals. Our instructors also include modifications in each class to help with any limitations.
