Dietitian Services
Danielle Morton (MS, RD, LD) is a registered dietitian who has a passion for helping people create a positive relationship with food. Danielle is originally from Houston but has lived in Lufkin for 5 years. She has spent the majority of her practice specializing in clinical nutrition therapy, specifically renal disease, as well as research. She is excited to be a part of the team here at LiveWell and put her passion and expertise into practice in this community.
Danielle has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Harding University and a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Texas Women’s University. She completed her Master’s thesis research at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston Texas on the growth of infants with intestinal failure or feeding intolerance. Her research has been published by the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism.

During a private Nutrition Consultation, you will strategize with our Registered Dietitian and create an effective, simple, personalized plan that has been tailored to meet your specific nutritional goals. Your plan will include healthy choices that are right for your individual needs, habits, and wellbeing.
