LiveWell is located on 16 acres behind Lufkin Mall. The facilities include a 24,000 square foot fitness center outfitted with fitness equipment, an indoor track, racquetball courts, ladies only area, free weight gym, sauna, and childcare area. Outdoor areas include a junior olympic-sized pool, half-court basketball, two tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, and a 1/3 mile outdoor track. LiveWell offers over 40 fitness classes per week, as well as a virtual spin room, all included in your membership.

LiveWell is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal wellness goals. A free orientation session is offered with each new membership and certified trainers are always available to help you customize your program.
