Tammy Jo Wilmon, a certified personal trainer (CPT), has 18 years of experience. Certifications include Personal Training, Group Fitness, Step Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Senior Fitness, Nutrition, and Pre/Post Natal Fitness. She has a passion to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, from the first-timer to the serious athlete seeking to improve their skill level. As a well-rounded and accredited personal trainer, she has helped many people reach their weight loss goals but more importantly she emphasizes a lifestyle of fitness that improves health and longevity of life.
