Natalie Dickerson is our Group Fitness Coordinator. She is certified in RIPPED, Total Body Tabata, Silver Sneakers (Classic, Circuit, and Yoga), Body Pump, Body Combat, and Kickboxing. She also teaches Power Step and Toning. Her passion is helping others to obtain their health and fitness goals through an ever changing exercise regimen that keeps their bodies guessing!
