Jennifer May is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Running Coach, and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist at LiveWell. She started her own weight loss journey in 2010 with the help of her AWESOME big sister, Tammy Jo Willmon, loosing weight and keeping it off. During her 6 year journey, she has became a personal trainer, completed numerous 5k’s, 10k’s, 3 half marathons along with 2 full marathons and she LOVES her mud runs. Her passion and commitment is to share her knowledge from her own experience, along with her studies, to help clients understand/learn better eating habits mixed with the right goal-driven exercises can produce double the results with hard work and dedication, while having fun in the process. Jennifer teaches a variety of classes at LiveWell.
