My name is Brittany Fraser. I am 23 years old and blessed with a wonderful husband, Nathaniel, and our two-year-old son, Owen. I have been active throughout my life and participated in various sports, running being my favorite. During my pregnancy I gained 53 pounds, which took longer than it should have to lose due to a lack of motivation and determination. I finally got back into a healthy and fit lifestyle when I started running again and signed up for my first half marathon. I also changed my diet and training. In the process, I lost all my baby weight and more. My fitness journey reached its highest peak after the half marathon when I decided to take my body to another level. Although my gym was 45 minutes away, I started weight training so I could fully tone and strengthen my body. After making the commute to the gym consistently for four months, I was addicted and dedicated. Within six months, my physique and self-esteem had drastically improved and is continuing to do so today. As a result, my love for maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle rooted itself in my day-to-day life.
I want to help others to live a healthy life style as well, so they too, can receive those benefits. My main area of interest is genuine personal development. I want to show people how their bodies respond to different types of physical stimulus and then tailor their training towards their own goals and comfort levels. The end result is for each person to not only be in better physical condition, but to increase their knowledge of physical training and nutrition, increase their confidence, and increase their ability to lead a more fulfilled life. I am a Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and American Heart Association CPR/AED certified.
