Our mission

"LiveWell, Play Hard, Feel Good" is more than just a catchy slogan, it is a summary of the LiveWell experience. Our mission since 1987 has been to improve the health and wellness of East Texas. We truly believe that good health and wellness can be achieved by anyone, and we pride ourselves on being able to provide the tools and facilities necessary to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. We want to see YOU live well, play hard, and feel good!

More than just a gym

While our 24,000 square foot fitness center outfitted with state of the art equipment and free weight room is the perfect place to workout. we have so much more to offer. Our indoor facilities also include an indoor track, racquetball courts, ladies only area, sauna, and childcare room. Our outdoor areas include a junior olympic-sized pool, half-court basketball,  tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a 1/3 mile outdoor track. We also offer over 40 fitness classes per week, as well as a virtual spin room, all included in your membership. Check out our facilities below!

Club Rules

  • Headphones must be worn while listening to a device. If you are on a phone call, please do not use speaker phone.

  • Portable speakers are not allowed in any area of the club. 

Gym Floor & Equipment:

  • Children under 9 are NOT allowed on the gym floor or exercise equipment but can have access to the pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball court, and both indoor and outdoor track areas while supervised by a parent. 

  • Children 9 and older can work out on the gym floor and use exercise equipment with a parent immediately present. 

  • Children 12 and under are not allowed in the free-weight room.  Ages 13 – 15 must be accompanied by a parent immediately present

  • Teens 13-15 years old are allowed to work out alone if they have obtained a Teen Certificaiton or a parent/adult sibling is on the premises. Teen Certification does not apply to the pool area. 

  • If a child is not working out, they need to be sitting at the lobby tables and must be supervised by a parent. 

  • Please re-rack all weights after use.​​

  • Proper exercise attire is required and should cover the body appropriately. Tops should cover the torso including the chest and ribcage. Full coverage shorts need to be longer than your glutes. Proper gym shoes are required.

  • Swimsuits are only allowed in the pool area. All other areas require gym attire. Swimsuits must be family appropriate.
